If you have an SME in Greece or in any country of the European Union, EUIPO gives you the opportunity to register your brand and rights at a significantly reduced cost.

The programme is implemented by the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office) and subsidises part of the official fees for:

• National trademarks
• European trademarks
• International registrations (subject to conditions)
• Industrial drawings and designs
• Patents
• Plant varieties

The subsidy relates exclusively to the official fees of the organisations and will be reimbursed after completion of the procedure.

Who can join?;

The SME Fund is aimed at SMEs established in the European Union. It includes all types of companies and self-employed persons, provided they have an active professional activity.

Medium enterprise

• Less than 250 employees
• Annual turnover of up to EUR 50 million

• Total annual balance sheet up to EUR 43 million

Small business

• Less than 50 employees
• Annual turnover of up to EUR 10 million
  ή
• Annual balance sheet total up to EUR 10 million

Very small business

• Less than 10 employees
• Annual turnover up to EUR 2 million

• Annual balance sheet total up to EUR 2 million
